Case Manager Supervisor

About the Role

The Case Manager Supervisor provides leadership and oversight within the Vocational Services Program, supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful vocational goals. This role includes supervising Case Managers, coordinating services, ensuring compliance with DDS standards, and providing direct case management to assigned individuals. This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring sound judgment and the ability to respond appropriately to potentially serious situations.

Responsibilities Case Management

  • Serve as primary contact for individuals, guardians, and caregivers
  • Attend IP meetings and coordinate vocational goals/outcomes
  • Develop and implement training programs and curriculum
  • Complete Person‑Centered Planning for individuals without residential services
  • Monitor medication check‑in, administration, and documentation
  • Implement IP outcomes and update vocational assessments annually
  • Provide behavioral intervention and oversee emergency responses
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance

Supervision & Program Support

  • Supervise Case Managers and support accurate billing and budgeting
  • Maintain master files and ensure DDS contract compliance
  • Participate in DDS Contract Reviews and quality assurance
  • Review reports, work tickets, and documentation
  • Support orientation of new individuals entering the program

Compliance & Reporting

  • Complete required documentation (Progress Reports, Incident Reports, etc.)
  • Provide Human Rights Committee documentation and follow APS procedures
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of program areas

Agency & Community Engagement

  • Provide community education about agency services
  • Attend required meetings, in‑services, and committees
  • Contribute to Board Report goals and outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and physical/medical needs
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Developmental Disability Services (DDS) or related fields

Hiring Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License
  • Must pass OSBI, MVR, DHS Registry Check, reference checks, and pre‑employment drug test
  • Additional background checks as required

Physical Requirements

  • Standing up to 8 hours
  • Lift up to 50 lbs vertically and 25 lbs horizontally; carry up to 100 feet
  • Adequate dexterity, vision, hearing, and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform CPR, first aid, seizure care, AED use, and Heimlich maneuver
  • Ability to interpret instructions in multiple formats
  • Additional physical requirements may apply

Work Schedule & Conditions

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
  • 30‑minute lunch (must be taken on‑site)
  • Two 15‑minute breaks (as schedule allows)
  • Partial remote eligibility: 8–10 hours/week (not guaranteed)
  • Indoor office environment with moderate noise
  • Overtime paid at 1.5× for hours over 40 per week
