Job Description

• Process and record commission data accurately and within established timelines
  
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring all entries are complete, organized, and error-free
  
• Review and reconcile commission-related data across daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  
• Investigate discrepancies, perform corrections, and support account reconciliations
  
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding commissions, payments, and adjustments; escalate issues when necessary
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of information
  
• Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management
  
• Consistent attendance is required; this role is fully in-office
  

Requirements

• Background in accounting or related coursework preferred
  
• Solid numerical and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  
• Ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
  
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
