Minutemen Staffing if looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator, Hours 8am-430pm MONDAY-FRIDAY

PAY IS $18-20 BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. This role ensures a positive customer experience and helps maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints
• Resolve issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM or Zendesk)
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, billing, etc.) to ensure timely solutions
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes
• Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
