Join an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving the Puget Sound region for over five decades. We are seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our established, high-performing team. This role offers the best of both worlds —flexible scheduling and long-term stability—across multiple hospitals and freestanding emergency departments, all within easy access to Tacoma and Seattle.
You’ll work across several emergency departments throughout the South Puget Sound region, experiencing a variety of patient populations and acuity levels. From high-volume trauma and tertiary care environments to suburban and community emergency departments, every shift brings diversity and growth—supported by a collaborative, collegial team culture that values both skill and balance.
