Experienced Dispatcher Wanted for Medium Sized Trucking Company (Remote)

About Us:

Quality Logistics Inc. is a family-owned trucking company with a proud history of serving the industry since 1959. We operate with company drivers and company-owned equipment. We do NOT have owner-operators.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays a key role in coordinating operations and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities for our fleet of drivers. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in dispatching, load planning, and DOT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching drivers and managing daily schedules
• Must have load board experience
• Load planning and route optimization
• Ensuring DOT compliance, including ELD and log management
• Entering loads and updating our internal system
• Monday through Friday work schedule (some on call required)
• Must be willing to travel to Denver as needed for training.

Qualifications:

• Verifiable experience in dispatching within the trucking industry
• Proven ability to plan loads and manage driver schedules effectively
• Familiarity with load boards and freight sourcing
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, including log management
• Proficiency in trucking-related computer systems and software

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary : $45000.00 per year
