Key Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
  

• Conduct professional property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits
  

• Respond promptly to inquiries and resident concerns with exceptional customer service
  

• Maintain accurate leasing records, including applications, lease agreements, renewals, and rent payments
  

• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience
  

• Monitor market trends and competitive properties to support strong pricing and positioning strategies
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

• 1–2 years of leasing or sales experience (Property Management preferred)
  

• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrada, RealPage, or similar platforms is a strong plus
  

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  

• Proficiency with property management software and willingness to learn new systems
  

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
