Property Assistant Manager

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Property Assistant Manager:

  • Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants and handle lease agreements
  • Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Oversee rent collection and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property upkeep
  • Keep office, property grounds and restroom clean and organized

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
  • Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred  
  • Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication   
  • Experience in property management is a plus
  • Experience with Yardi software is a plus 
  • Background Check Required
