Role Summary

Do you love bringing order to complexity and building systems that help teams win? Wolfe LLC is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, to elevate how our sales organization works every day. Reporting to the President, you will guide the processes, insights, and tools that support our Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams as they serve customers and drive growth. 

In this role, you'll lead the sales systems, analytics, and support functions that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll shape how we forecast, how we use our CRM (HubSpot), and how we streamline the workflows that make selling easier and more effective. If you enjoy turning data into clarity, simplifying messy processes, and helping teams work better together, this is the perfect opportunity to make a big impact. 

This is a collaborative, hands-on leadership role where you will influence how the company operates, champion better practices, and support team members who specialize in CRM administration, reporting, and sales support. 

This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, revenue reporting, and executive dashboards that support weekly and monthly decision making across the sales organization. 
• Govern HubSpot CRM including data quality, automation, pipeline hygiene rules, and system improvements across Outside and Inside Sales. 
• Oversee sales support functions including order processing, RFP coordination, documentation control, and intake of SLAs. 
• Manage the Sales Operations intake workflow to prioritize requests, track execution, and remove blockers. 
• Provide leadership and development to team members responsible for CRM administration, reporting, and sales support operations. 
• Ensure our lead flow intake into our CRM is operating efficiently
• Coordinate with our A.I. team to automate sales operations tasks & client/prospect communication where possible
• Review and document all drip campaigns and develop reporting that shows the relevant KPIs for each campaign; continue improving campaign performance over time. 

Impact Statement

For more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days.: 

• Establishing a unified company forecasting cadence, improving 5 percent variance as data quality strengthens. 
• Launching executive dashboards that provide clear, accurate weekly visibility into pipeline health and sales performance. 
• Implementing a Sales Operations intake process with SLAs on critical tasks (i.e. lead onboarding) and achieving consistent tracking of all active requests. 

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics, including experience coaching or supervising others. 
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, forecasting, revenue analytics, and BI dashboards. 
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes, enforce data hygiene, and manage cross functional workflows. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leadership and influence adoption of new processes. 
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant certification in analytics, RevOps, or operations preferred.
