Job Overview

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management, Price & Trade Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing and trade initiatives for the Keurig Dr Pepper Partner beverage portfolio. This role offers exposure to multiple current and future product categories, as well as various go-to-market frameworks, reflecting Keurig Dr Pepper’s collaborative partnership approach.

You will serve as a key driver of cross-functional alignment, acting as a primary liaison between internal and external teams to support the execution of strategic commercial plans. Success in this role requires a strong financial acumen, with a proactive understanding of retail pricing dynamics and commercial economics.

This high-visibility position is centrally embedded within the commercial organization, playing a pivotal role in influencing the end-to-end commercialization process.

What you will do

  • Develop, analyze, and implement pricing strategies across all routes to market and partner brands to drive profitability and competitive positioning.
  • Design and enhance key performance management reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, delivered on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence to support Commercial leadership.
  • Develop commercial and shopper category insights, leveraging promotional analysis to drive annual retail strategy and optimize market performance.
  • Steward the annual planning process to deliver aligned upon volume, revenue, and pricing along with category and share performance projections.
  • Identify and implement solutions to navigate market challenges and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Total Rewards

  • Salary range: $130,700 - $175,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, and over 6 years of experience in RGM, analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
  • Deep financial expertise, with the ability to analyze and develop comprehensive internal and external value chains to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong process management skills, capable of organizing and leading complex workstreams while ensuring alignment and execution across multiple internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience interpreting and deriving insights from large data sets to support business applications and strategic initiatives.
  • Intellectual curiosity, demonstrated by a proactive approach to understanding business dynamics and developing innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas—both visually and verbally—to senior leadership.
  • Agility and adaptability, excelling in managing complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
